Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

By using Clarity ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Use of the service

Clarity is a Bible study tool provided by Clarity Faith. You may use it for personal, non-commercial study and learning. You may not use it to harvest data, resell access, or violate any law.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Free trials convert automatically to paid at the end of the trial period unless you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle. Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe policies depending on your platform.

AI-generated content

Clarity uses AI to generate responses. These responses are for study aid and reflection — they are not theological authority, pastoral counsel, or doctrinal instruction. Always verify important questions with your pastor, community, and Scripture directly.

Your content

Notes, highlights, and data you create belong to you. You grant us a limited license to store and sync it to provide the service. We don't sell or share it.

Availability

We try to keep Clarity reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We're not liable for data loss, though we take backups seriously.

Limitation of liability

Clarity is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarity Faith is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
